The next quilt I’ll be working on which is a wedding gift for an old dear friend and his new husband. I’ve started up a day job again for a few weeks (anyone know any antique experts who wanna be on TV?) so the quilting is slow going these days but I’m excited to dive into this one. Lavender isn’t my usual go to color, but it was requested and I always love the challenge of working within someone’s requests. As long as I get to be “me” within them of course!

Love your sketch! I’m with you on the lavendar, but the fabrics you’ve put with it make it look great – more like a variation of grey.

Love the sketch you made, and I really like the fabrics pulled. Then agin purple and grey is one of my favorite color combos.
