Baby quilts and a little linen.
Progress here…
Have even gotten them all quilted and am stitching bindings!
And a friend asked me a for a little red pouch so I delivered! As I put it together with no pattern I was very pleased to realize that I have mastered my understanding of bag making and lining. It tends to take me forever to wrap my head around these things. I can follow directions and have it turn out right over and over but now I finally “get” it!
I love the lining fabric from the Hello Betty fabric line.

Gorgeous! I absolutely love the baby quilts! It’s fabric like that that makes me long to live in a city that appreciates (and stocks!) beautiful fabric. I totally understand what you are saying about bags and linings, I still don’t “get it” so I’m sticking to instructions for now.

What a wonderful and pleasing sensation to “get it.” I’m jealous! Lining is something that still sort of eludes me, but yours is beautiful.

oh, that pouch is adorable!!! and the quilts are very fun too. i love your coin quilts. i’ve been doing some handstitching on binding myself today. (do you get a callous? i have a pretty good one going right now.)
