Why am I suddenly so obsessed??

I just fell in love with polka dot fabric recently after my local quilt shop got some in. Now I keep thinking about all of the fun projects (and quilt bindings) I could make. I think the dot love is inevitable. Your fabrics are lovely–I can’t wait to see what you do with them!

I love dots, I bought a piece…yellow with black. I don’t even want to cut it now….just admire it. Isn’t that funny.
I have been obsessed with dots for a couple of years, so much so that I would buy fabric if it had the word “dot” as part of the fabric line name in the selvage. Then I carefully cut out each little phrase and pieced it into cornerstones that I put in the sashing. The one that got me started: dumb dot.
Anyway, I haven’t looked back and collect dots obsessively. I see I’m in good company.

hehe…i LOVE polka dots, esp the honeycombs. i really really really wish that the amy butler honeycombs would get reprinted, especially the cherry color. my next favorites are the randomly placed dots, and then funky dots like the mingles circles.
