Here in LA, we hardly feel fall show up.  But the past few days have been so so wonderful. Sunny and cool (for LA) and it’s put me in a fall mood!  After making the huge hexagon quilt I wanted to make a quick and fun little project so I put together this little stroller quilt.  It’s small – 24″ x 36″.

It’s actually a sample for a new class that I’m going to be teaching Pasadena at The Common Thread Studio.  It’s another beginners quilting class that will happen in November.

And now – back to work on the commissioned quilt!  Should be able to show you the beginnings of things later this week!

I’m so stoked that you’ll teach at Common Thread. It’s one mile from my house!!! Can I throw out some suggestions for classes for us intermediate quilters? How bout teaching us your fabulous stipling!?! Bring your improv piecing over to this side of town! I absolutely loved your red and aqua quilt–how you framed the centers off-center. That would be great for us intermediates, too. Oh, the possibilities!!! Yay!
