I finished up the super girly baby quilt. I love it!
That photo isn’t so great but you can see the design… Here’s one with colors that are truer…
It’s been so long since I’ve finished a quilt. This little one makes me happy!
The back with a bit more of the amazing Far, Far Away… so cute!
I usually go with a solid binding, but I occasionally like a small scale print one… I think this one came out well!
Happy Monday everyone! For me, this is the last week on my job… I will miss the paychecks but I can’t wait for all of the soon to arrive sewing time!

It’s beautiful! Great job as always.
amazing! as usual. i love it, but that’s mostly because I have a son, and no girly girls in my house. what is the size of it?
Thanks Barbara! It measures 40″ square so it’s a little one!
CUTE QUILT! I love it.
Oh how fun! I LOVE the fabrics you chose! I ALMOST bought some of those circular designs but didn’t know what I’d do with them… great inspiration!
Very sweet. The binding fabric is great.
This turned out to be really nice. I love the girlie colors. Sweet quilt.
Very sweet, love the fabrics!
Sweet!
Gorgeous! Love everything about it
super cute! I love all the dots!
I’m so lucky I don’t have a girl, I’d be broke… Oh, wait…
The quilt is lovely. I would love to do a similar for my boy sometime.
Very cute! Such wonderful fabrics and combinations!
what a sweet quilt!! i love the colors and fabrics!!
so pretty. i love that last shot.
Love that last photo! Pretty quilt
Wow, that is so adorable
I love all of the cute fabrics you used. I think I’ll have to get some Far Far Away for my stash soon.
So, so pretty. The binding is perfect!
Love this one! I’m so bummed I missed your quilt class at Reform School. Are you going to do it again?
simply beautiful
this looks so so so fantastic!!! I adore it!
Super girly and super cute too.
Andi
so darn sweet! i love the binding!
Gorgeous fabrics and I LOVE that binding, it just brings it all together.
Super girly…super cute!
oh , it’s beautiful!
Cute! I love all of the dot fabrics you used to frame your squares.
I love it! And, I recently ordered some cute fabric like that, including some lightening bugs and I can’t wait for it to arrive. I’m going to fussy cut and frame them too, for a teacher’s new little baby girl. Thanks for the inspiration. Oh, and I understand your fabric lust–I have that monkey on my back, too. I just sneak stuff in through the back door so my family doesn’t try to do another intervention or send me to fabric rehab. Oh yeah, I found whimsiedots on etsy and ordered some great vintage sheet fabric already cut into squares. I’m waiting for it to arrive as we speak.
I DO love girly!
One lucky girl to receive such a wonderful blankie.
This is adorable! I will be channeling all of your baby quilt making this summer as I work on projects for 5 friends who are pregnant
I love this! Especially the princess bed on the back
What a beautiful quilt. The binding is so lovely with all those dots lining up so perfectly! What a great thing to anticipate: more sewing time
.
That quilt is absolutely adorable.
It’s a bit inspiring – I have been thinking about cutting squares from the fabrics that I use to make my clothes and things for my girls, to use later in a quilt for each one. Such a lovely design there…
what an adorable baby girl quilt! Love!
Such a beautiful quilt! Who makes the fabric shown in the last photo of the pink rings with occasional green rings?
Hi Angelia! Thanks so much. The fabric you asked about is from the Mingle line, designed by MonaLuna and released by Robert Kaufman. It’s one of my favorites!
Really need ideas for quilts for twin boys (1 for each) I like more modern than cutesy. Loved your girly Quilt. Can you help me??
J
I have been admiring this quilt for a while. I just found out that I am going to become a first time grandma and would love to make this for the baby. I am a new quilter and was wondering if I could buy the pattern or would you share the pattern?
Thanks!! Barbara
