Pins get an upgrade.

I have always meant to make myself a beautiful pin cushion but have some how never gotten around to it. My pins lived in a ugly little plastic container.

Pin Situation

But no longer!

Megan from Philistine Made is in Block Party with me.  She was so sweet and sent me one of her amazing pin cushions along with her beautiful blocks! I was thrilled! Look how much better my pins are lookin’! I’m loving that this will now be a staple on the sewing table… Thanks Megan!!

Pin Situation Remedied!

I have several tins for differnet pins… my dressmaking pins live in a beautiful little floral painted tin, special because it held chocolates given to me when my first baby was born… almost 13 years ago!! Love your pin cushion!! Lx

Love it!! How wonderful. I keep thinking I should make a pretty pin cushion to replace that store bought tomato I currently use. Maybe sometime soon…
