yessss~!!! thanks for the reminder!
I’ll be watching for sure! Happy to see a contestant from Minneapolis!!
I love the fact that I get a heads up from your blog about Project Runway starting. I think it’s an amazing program.
I think you should photoshop yourself in.
This is my absolute favorite reality show! I have it in my DVR recording queue and plan my whole evening around it. I will think of you when I watch it. Is it alright if I ask you your opinions on certain people as the series gets going or are you not allowed to comment? Did you cast Mondo? He was one of my favorites
Hurray!
Hey Molly! You can ask me all you want but I probably don’t know the answers! Ha. I cast the show and then hand the cast off to production and never hear a peep while they are shooting. It’s so much fun to watch for me too. I was a fan before I ever worked on the show! And yup, I did cast Mondo last year. He’s the best!
Love Love Love Project Runway! Its the one show I can’t get enough of!
Ohh… so excited! We don’t have cable but I am hoping they will stream it again this year, I love seeing the casting related footage they’ve shared in the past. I guess I won’t be sewing tonight.
Huge fan here too. What a cool job to go along with your cool quilting life! Thanks for the reminder, but my Tivo has been set for a while! I didn’t know about the pre-show until a couple of days ago though, would have been disappointed to miss it.
Oh, and I’m loving my copy of your fab book@!!
Thanks for the heads up! It’s the only show I watch on Lifetime!
Can you see it on the web anywhere — live or after the fact? These are the things that those of out without TV miss out on!!
Hey Amy! I know that Lifetime has been streaming the show on their site a day or two after it airs. I’d assume they are doing the same this season!!
Hmm, that seems like a *lot* of contestants (couldn’t make up your mind? lol!)…I’m guessing there will be a mass exodus on the first episode. Excited to catch it a few days late.
(one of those no-cable people as well…)
Thanks for the heads up! I was beginning to wonder when/if a new season was going to run.
My DVR is set for both the Casting pre-show and the Project Runway season premiere! I’m so excited!
As ever, SO excited!! I’m out gallivanting with friends tonight, but I’ve got my DVR set up and ready to record–I can’t wait!
I Love this show!!! There is brief description of each contestant on OnDemand under Comcast….Can’t wait!!1
and Alissa is shown in those!!! Check them out
That sounds like a fun job!
Thanks for the heads up! I never know what is on when
That is awesome! I went to Mood Fabrics today in NYC — perfect timing since Project Wedding is starting again!
I can’t wait to snuggle up with my DVR to watch it this weekend!!!
Hi Alissa!
I’m new to the quilting and blogging world, but seeing this post made me feel welcome and comfortable because I am definitely not new to project runway. This show inspired me to learn how to sew, which turned into a desire to learn how to quilt. I was (and still am) amazed of the quality of work the contestants are able to produce in a limited amount of time.
My mom and I religiously watch the show, and this season will be no different. The season looks like it will be amazing
I know the first episode was. Great job!
